Step 3: Bid to Win
Once you’ve found an auction you want to win, place a bid or a ProxyBid before the time runs out. Placing a bid will put you ahead of the competition. A ProxyBid will allow you to tell the computer the maximum you’re willing to pay for an item, and it will continue to place the lowest possible bid until you reach that max. In short, the ProxyBid saves you time and money!
Step 4: Pay and Receive Your Item
PropertyRoom.com does not charge for bidding, so you only pay if you win. If you’re a winner when the auction closes, you’ll receive confirmation, your card will be charged and we will ship out your item with tracking attached, so you know exactly when it’s expected to show up on your doorstep.
